The Last Thing

I was inspired by Jenna's post and decided to do a motivation edition in honor of my new plan for healthy habits. So far it hasn't been going exactly as planned, but I am trying to make a conscious effort now so we will see how things go!

Worked Out:
I didn't do my 5K running plan today, but I did go for a 45 minute walk/run with the boyfriend bright and early today.

Bought at the Store:
New workout clothes from Kohls. Love getting super great discounts there, the shorts were only 12 dollars. I got a black pair too
 
Bought that was healthy:
 Lots of fresh fruit at the grocery store, {strawberries and pineapple are my fave} 

Made that wasn't so healthy:
Made some fantastic blueberry muffins {tip: sprinkle course sugar on top to make a "crust"}

    I keep telling myself that I will get cute new workout clothes after I get in shape, so may never happen!
