Reflection on coaching

Today was the Pom banquet for the team I coached. As much as I complained about coaching (since it took up so much time)I missed my babies so much! I was so happy I was able to coach these girls and help the team out when they needed support the most. I was so happy I was able to be a role model and a mentor to them to. And even though I don't plan on coaching again any time soon (I've had 7 years of Pom in a row...I need a break!) I am glad I got to have the experience of being on the other side of the routine.
