One of the downsides to commuting is driving, especially guessing what traffic will be like. In addition to morning rush hour I've had to deal with construction. Needless to say I had no idea what to expect when I left my house at 6:15 am for my chemistry final. I expected there to be cars, but it was a ghost town! I got to school in 30 minutes, 35 minutes before my final started (whoops!) but luckily I had time to stop at McDonald's for a caramel frapee (nothing like liquid sugar to wake you up after a 5 am alarm)
Thankfully I felt confident about my final, those snazzy notecards payed off :)
And after breakfast I got to go the broken egg with Alex. I am embarrassed to say I ate all that French toast and bacon, with minimal sharing. And that's Alex's omelette. It was good except for giant pieces of roared garlic, as a garlic lover I was disappointed. I guess eggs and garlic just don't mix!
