New Year...New Attitude

To be honest, 2011 was not very nice to me. But I sure did learn alot about myself. I was able to dump my toxic "friends" and move on from all of the petty high school drama. Graduating gave me a clean slate and my first semester of college was a success. As a self proclaimed dreamer, I not only set resolutions for the upcoming 2012, but for the next ten years plus {did I mention that I am a planner as well as a dreamer}. While most kids my age nurse a raging hang over, I plan a way to sprinkle in a minor in children's literature along with my elementary education and early childhood majors {driven, or crazy? still trying to figure that one out}. But with those long term goals I also set some smaller more manageable resolutions:

{1} Eat more vegetables and protein {I don't think grilled cheese and chocolate pretzels count as either...so that resolution will begin after the holidays}
{2} Pack my lunch for school {stop wasting money on the evil wallet draining Subway}
{3} Drink {a lot} less diet pop
{4} Sleep more {so number 3 isn't as difficult}
{5} Find a work out routine that works for me and my schedule
{6} Volunteer for/shadow more teachers
{7}Keep in contact with my few non-toxic friends
{8} Read more books!
{9} Learn to cook something other than boxed or frozen food
