Things I Love

I love my boyfriend Alex: He is my high school sweetheart (even though I am still in high school, I'm determined to fulfill this label). We met on a (nearly) blind date, and proceeded to fall in love. In November 2009 I found my best friend, and the love of my life.
I love thinking about the future: Some people are scared of the future. Me, I dream about it. I am a self proclaimed dreamer. I day dream all day long (even when I probably should be focusing). I dream about marriage, my dream job, college, having children, my dream wedding, and enjoying all of the things I have to look forward to over the next many (hopefully 80!) years.

I love fashion: I like clothes. I'm addicted to clothes (and shoes, and bags, and jewels). I admit I dress like a mom.

I love food: I wish I was a foodie with an exotic pallet, but I'm not. I like simple but good food. I want to learn to cook and lean to cook well (my cooking skills are limited to the toaster oven, microwave, and things that require between 1-3 ingredients) I want to be able to cook for my family, and not poison them.

I love teaching: Ever since visiting an inner city school in Detroit, MI I knew I wanted to be a teacher. I volunteer in a kindergarten classroom and love every minute of it. I am attending college at Eastern Michigan University to pursue Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. With the hopes of teaching kindergarten to 3rd grade in the future.
